6:00 PM: Doors to the hall open — drinks for sale & auction items on display with children’s entertainment upstairs
6:45 PM: Dinner served — adult lasagne dinner in the main hall, children’s supervised pizza party upstairs
9:00 PM: Auction closes — time to take home your winning bids
