RDS Clothing Order Form

ORDER DEADLINE:

• November 1, 2026

DELIVERY:

• All items will be available for pick-up from Rosedale School by November 30.

ORDER DETAILS:

• Order up to 6 items at a time. For each item, specify colour & size.

• Please stop by the front desk during school hours to view sizes.

• All orders are final.

PAYMENT:

• The "Pay Now" button will take you to a secure payment link where you must enter the quantity of hoodies & t-shirts ordered *** by default it is 1 of each — if you only ordered a hoodie or a t-shirt then you must set the other quantity to zero ***.
